- The admin reserves the right to remove anyone, at any time, for any reason.
- Any and all decisions by the admin are final and uncontestable.
- If something is not specifically allowed, then it is strictly prohibited.
- These rules may be changed or modified at any time.
- You will not be notified of changes - always check here for updates.
- No donations will be returned under any circumstances.
- Donating does not give you the right to shell/voice/ops/etc.
- Donators will generally receive a warning before they get removed.
- No cracking - of our servers, or any others.
- No attempts to elevate your privileges.
- Do not use you account to harrass or attack others.
- No activity that would attract a DOS/DDOS to this server.
- No activity that could result with a shell ip being blacklisted.
- No illegal activities (as defined by the United States of America).
- You may not share your login/password with anyone for any reason.
- No server processes - no games, no ventrilo, no byond, or any other.
- When starting background processes, you should use the least used vhost.
- Each of your background processes must use a different vhost.
- No multi-user irc bouncers or bncs permited - NO psybnc.
- You may not install software without admin permission.
- Do not ask silly questions already answered on the website.
- You must follow this IRC AUP when you are in #aeshells.
- You are obligated to report any known violation of these rules.
